Technical notice regarding the SUPPLY OF WATER/SEWERAGE UTILITIES

Note: Issued for building works in order to obtain the Building Permit, if there is a connection for water/sewerage utilities.

To obtain the notice you need:

- Standard application form;

- Urbanism certificate;

- Land Registry excerpt for the property for which the technical notice is requested;

- Registration certificate of the company requesting the notice, issued by the Trade Register Office;

- Technical report prepared by an authorized designer, which will include a description of the existing solution for supplying water and sewerage to the respective property, and if Aquatim S.A. does not have water and sewerage networks in the area, the designer's proposals for creating the necessary conditions for providing these utilities in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 50/1991, republished and updated;

- Calculation report regarding the potable water flow rate and the requested pressure, the flow rate of household wastewater discharged into the sewer;

- Calculation report regarding the stormwater flow rate and the proposed solution for its collection;

- Plan of internal networks (positioning of water meter and sewer connection manholes, route of the internal network up to the property), at a scale of 1:500;

- Area location plan, issued by the urban data bank, at a scale of 1:5000;

- Site plan, issued by the urban data bank, at a scale of 1:500;

- Technical-utility networks notice (Technical Location Notice), issued by Aquatim S.A.;

- Other documents (documentation) required by the urbanism certificate which involve a notice/agreement from Aquatim S.A.

The notification fee is 48.79 lei (VAT included) and is paid upon submission of the documentation. Payment of technical notices is made at the cashier's office at Enric Baader St. no. 11. The documents required to obtain the technical notices can also be sent by email or submitted to the Customer Relations Service, at Enric Baader St. no. 11, Monday to Friday between 8-15.
