Details

The Central Unit or Territorial Branch of Land Improvement coordinates procedural activity regarding the issuance of approvals in compliance with the applicable legal provisions.

The validity period of the approval is 24 months; before this term expires, a single extension may be granted, following a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit at least 5 days before the expiration date of the ANIF approval for which the extension is requested) and verification on site.

The extension of the approval will bear a different registration number from the ANIF approval issuance register and will be granted for a maximum period of 12 months; after this date, a further extension of the approval's validity is not possible, and the applicant must obtain, under the conditions of the law, another ANIF approval.

ANIF issues approvals within 30 days from the submission of documentation.
