Owner's consent for the implementation of the investment objective on the studied site, in case the land is owned by a person other than the owner; administrator's consent for the implementation of the investment objective on the studied site, in case the land belongs to the public/private domain of the state - original and copy.*

Copy of the urbanism certificate (within its validity period), accompanied by the zoning map and the site plan with the inventory of coordinates.*

The technical memorandum of the work, in which the investment objective is described.*

The land registry extract for information accompanied by the cadastral plan extract, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submitting the documentation, as applicable. (except in the case when the construction authorization is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, paragraph (2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and additions); (with the exception of requests for works provided in art. 7 paragraph 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (with the exception of investment works of public utility)*

The request of the beneficiary or owner, as applicable, specifically mentioning the area, the investment to be made, CF number, cadastral number and/or topographical number, signature/stamp (legal entities), accompanied by a copy of the identity document.*

Certificate of registration and certificate of attestation from the trade register or the document based on which the activity is carried out, in copy, in the case of the beneficiary legal entity.*

Copy of the ownership document (for example: ownership title, sale-purchase contract, donation contract) or another valid land holding document (for example: concession contract, lease, rental, superficies, etc.) with notarized authentication, (except for requests regarding the works provided for in art. 7 para. 14 of Law 50/1991 on the authorization of construction works, republished)*
