Technical documentation prepared by a certified and authorized person in land improvement works, with the technical solution regarding the protection of land improvement works, where the situation requires it. The documentation/technical project will also include the technical protection solution for land improvement works and will be mandatorily verified, according to the law, by a certified project verifier. In the case of national roads, expressways, bypass roads, and highways, it is required that the documentation be endorsed by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges.*

The land register excerpt for information, accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation (except in cases where the construction authorization is requested for the execution and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. 2, letter a of Law 138/2004); (except for requests for works provided in art. 7, para. 14 of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for public utility investment works).*
