The owner's consent for the realization of the investment objective on the studied site, in case the land is owned by a person other than the owner; the administrator's consent for the realization of the investment objective on the studied site, in case the land belongs to the public/private domain of the state in original and copy;*

The Documentation/Technical Project will also include the technical solution for the protection of land improvement works and will be mandatorily checked, according to the law, by a certified project verifier (as applicable). In the case of national roads, expressways, ring roads, highways, it is required that the technical documentation be endorsed by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges;*

The land register excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation (except in cases where the construction permit for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure is requested in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. 2, letter a of Law 138/2004); (except for requests for the works provided for in art. 7, para. 14 of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for public utility investment works);*

DAJ decision and copy of the ANIF approval for the permanent or temporary removal from agricultural use of land located outside the built-up areas of localities, for verifying compliance with the conditions imposed when issuing the approval (if applicable)*

Certificate of registration and certificate of status from the Trade Register or the document based on which the activity is carried out, in copy, in the case of the beneficiary legal entity;*
