The second agreement will be sent as a copy, in case the land belongs to the public/private domain of the state, and furthermore, following the notification of the issuance of the permit, when collecting it from the office, the original document must be presented.*

Pedological and agrochemical study for classifying the land into quality classes, prepared by the office of pedological and agrochemical studies or by natural/legal persons with a specific field of activity, certified by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (except in cases where the construction permit is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure).*

The land register excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, (except in the case where the construction authorization is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art.33, para.(2), letter a) of law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions).*
