In case of representation. Following the notification of the issuance of the permit, the original documents will be presented when collecting it from the office.*

Examples: The title deed, sale-purchase contract, donation contract or another valid land ownership document (concession, lease, rental, superficies contract, etc.) with notarized authentication must be presented (with the exception of requests for works provided in art. 7, para. 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished)*

The first agreement will be sent as a copy, in case the land is owned by a person other than the owner. The second agreement will be sent as a copy, in case the land belongs to the public/private domain of the state and, following the notification of the release of the permit, the original document must be presented when collecting it from the office.*

The land register extract for information accompanied by the cadastral plan extract, issued by the cadastral and real estate publicity office no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, (except in the case where the construction permit is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, paragraph (2), letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (except for requests for works provided in art. 7 paragraph 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for investment works of public utility).*
