Details
Persons classified with a severe disability with a personal assistant have the right to be provided with employment for a personal assistant paid by the local public authorities, to facilitate equal opportunities, ensure an autonomous life, and promote social inclusion. The Social Benefits and Vulnerable Persons Service is obliged to take the necessary measures to ensure the employment of personal assistants for all persons in need, classified with a severe disability with a personal assistant, without any discrimination. The same service also monitors the activity of personal assistants.
To be employed as a personal assistant, the applicant must have domicile or residence in the Gurahonț commune territory.
