By the 5th day of the month following the one in which the quarterly report regarding the evolution of the physical, mental, spiritual, moral, or social development of children in foster care and the way they are cared for, raised, and educated was completed, the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection or, as applicable, the authorized private organizations, public social assistance services have the obligation to send to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection certified copies, for conformity with the original, of the monitoring reports prepared.
