For granting the supplement for the consumption of solid and/or petroleum fuels, the person responsible for social assistance within the specialized staff of the mayor prepares a monthly centralized report, whose template is provided in annex 17 of HG.1073/2021. The centralized report is approved by the mayor and sent to AJPIS Vaslui, both in printed and electronic format.
The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section, both electronically and in printed form, the statement regarding beneficiaries and the amount of the supplement for the consumption of solid and/or petroleum fuels (annex 17).
