The person or family who has received a child in placement or has been designated or appointed as the child's guardian, under the law, for the period during which they provide upbringing and care for the child, benefits additionally to the monthly placement allowance provided in paragraph (1) from a monthly support allowance, in the amount of 0.8 ISR. The maternal assistant and the authorized private entity do not benefit from the monthly support allowance.
