Details
For the extension of the validity of the building permit, a standard application form (according to Form - model F.12 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the building permit) must be filled in and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the issued building permit, in original.
The application for the extension of the validity of the building permit must be submitted 15 days before the expiry date of its validity.
Together with the submission of the application for the extension of the validity of the building permit, the applicant must provide proof of payment for the extension fee. The department handling the application is the Urban Planning and Land Development Service, Urban Planning Division.
