The request to extend the validity of the building/demolition permit must be submitted 45 working days before the expiration date of the validity period and may be granted, according to the law, only once for a maximum of 24 months.
For the extension of the validity of the building/demolition permit, the applicant must create an account on the platform start.ps4.ro where they will submit a request for the extension of the validity of the building permit.
