Requests are submitted at:
1. Citizens Information Center located at Bd. Al. Lăpușneanu no. 116C (inside City Park Mall – first floor, new wing) tel 0241485565;
2. The Registry of Constanța City Hall, located at Bd. Tomis no. 51 – for those submitted via postal offices;
3. Online, at the e-mail address: agenti.economici@primaria-constanta.ro

The authorization period is a maximum of 30 days. This period can be extended only once, at the applicant's request, for a period not exceeding the one initially approved.
Public hours:
Monday – Wednesday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Thursday 8:30 am – 6:30 pm
Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
