1. The Citizens' Information Center located at Bd. Al. Lăpușneanu no. 116C (inside City Park Mall – 1st floor, new wing) tel 0241485565;
2. Through postal offices, to the address of Constanța City Hall - Bd. Tomis no. 51;
3. Online, at the email address: agenti.economici@primaria-constanta.ro
The authorization period is a maximum of 30 days. This period can be extended only once, at the applicant's request, for a period at most equal to the one initially approved.
