This procedure describes the method for issuing the operating permit for carrying out temporary economic activities in public areas or areas with public access.
Applications are submitted to:
1. Citizens Information Center located at Bd. Al. Lăpușneanu no. 116C (inside City Park Mall – 1st floor, new wing) tel 0241485565;
2. Through post offices, to the address of Constanța City Hall- Bd. Tomis no. 51;
3. Online, at the email address: agenti.economici@primaria-constanta.ro

The authorization period is a maximum of 30 days. This period can be extended only once, at the request of the applicant, for a period not exceeding the one initially approved.
