Details
This procedure describes the method of issuing the operating authorization for carrying out economic activities of a temporary nature in public areas or areas with public access.
Requests can be submitted to:
1. Citizens Information Center located at Bd. Al. Lăpușneanu no. 116C (City Park Mall premises – 1st floor, new wing) tel 0241485565;
2. Through post offices, to the address of Constanța City Hall - Bd. Tomis no. 51;
3. Online, at the email address: agenti.economici@primaria-constanta.ro
The authorization period is up to 30 days. This period can be extended only once, at the applicant's request, for a period no longer than the one initially approved.
