​For the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, a standard application form must be filled in and submitted to the issuing authority, accompanied by the issued urbanism certificate in original. The application for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate must be submitted 15 days before its expiration date.

Together with the submission of the application for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, the applicant shall provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
