In the case of P.F.A: - Certificate from the Health Insurance House (C.A.S) showing the period during which the maternity indemnity (pregnancy + postpartum) was paid or a declaration on own responsibility stating they did not benefit from the maternity indemnity; - Certificates from the Public Finance Administration - showing the income earned in the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's birth date or, as applicable, proof of income calculated for the purpose of advance tax payment; - Tax imposition decisions from the Public Finance Administration for the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's birth showing the start date of activity, - Single Declaration, for the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's birth date. - Decision to suspend or terminate activity, declaration 070, from the Public Finance Administration. For students, university graduates, pupils, etc.: -certificate issued by the educational institution, attesting attendance of full-time courses without interruption, until the date of application in the year prior to the child’s birth date or graduation diploma accompanied by the transcript or certificate issued by the higher education institution if the university was graduated in the year prior to the child’s birth date if in one of the assimilated periods: - attend, without interruption, the full-time courses of pre-university education, including within the "Second Chance" program, or, as appropriate, university at the level of undergraduate or master's studies, as well as postgraduate education at master's level, organized according to the law, in the country or abroad, in a field recognized by the Ministry of National Education, except for the situation of course interruption for medical reasons; - have the status of doctoral student, under the conditions provided by National Education Law no. 1/2011, with subsequent amendments and completions - are in the period between completing a form of pre-university education and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of pre-university education, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; - are in the period between graduating full-time pre-university education courses, organized according to the law, and starting university education, full-time courses, in the same calendar year; - are in the period between completing a form of university education, full-time courses, with or without bachelor's or diploma examination, and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of university education, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; - are in the period between completing a form of university education, at the level of undergraduate or master's studies, as well as postgraduate education at master's level, full-time courses, and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of university education at the level of undergraduate or master's studies, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; - are in the period between completing a form of postgraduate education, full-time courses, and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of postgraduate education, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; - are in the period of 60 days from the completion of compulsory education courses or, as applicable, from graduating full-time pre-university, university at the undergraduate or master's studies level, and postgraduate studies at master's level, organized according to the law, with or without graduation examination, for the purpose of employment or, as applicable, entry into unemployment, calculated from the 1st day of the month following completion of studies. - declaration on own responsibility that no taxable income is earned; If the father requests the child-raising and care indemnity, a certificate from the mother’s employer is also required specifying the period during which the maternity indemnity was paid, meaning prenatal and postnatal leave or a declaration on own responsibility that she did not benefit from the maternity indemnity); -certificate issued by the educational institution, attesting attendance of full-time courses without interruption, until the date of application in the year prior to the child’s birth date or graduation diploma accompanied by the transcript or certificate issued by the higher education institution if the university was graduated in the year prior to the child’s birth date if in one of the assimilated periods.*
