This procedure establishes the conditions regarding the issuance of the prior approval, the placement and/or access authorization in the area of the county road under the administration of the Brăila County Council, the conclusion of the contract for use and access in the area of the county road, as well as the conditions for the placement of constructions, installations, and advertising boards in the area of county roads, as well as the use of parking spaces located in the area of the county roads under the administration of the Brăila County Council.

In order to issue a prior agreement/authorization for the placement of constructions, installations, and advertising panels in the area of county roads, it is necessary to fill out a “Standard Request” according to Annex 1 of the “Regulation for the placement of constructions, installations, and advertising panels in the area of county roads” adopted by County Council Decision no. 83 dated 28.04.2022. This form is to be completed with the beneficiary's identification details, the name of the work, the name of the county road where the work is carried out, as well as a contact person on behalf of the applicant, based on the abovementioned regulation.*

The information to be filled in on the payment order is as follows: Beneficiary: Brăila County, fiscal identification code: 4205491, beneficiary IBAN code: RO29TREZ15121160203XXXXX, opened at Brăila Treasury, value - placement and/or access permit fee to county road DJ, for the project "XXX". Individuals = 26 euros unit price with VAT according to HCj 319/2022. Legal entities = 126 euros unit price with VAT according to HCj 319/2022. Preliminary agreement extension fee = 45 euros unit price with VAT according to HCj 319/2022. The fee can be paid by bank transfer or at the institution's headquarters.*
