The procedure applies at the request of the activity holder, in order to assess compliance with legal regulations on public health for operational objectives that carry out activities with risks to the health of the population.
The procedure is mandatory for:
a) activities of using biocidal products for disinfection, pest control, and rodent control in spaces used by the population;
b) hairdressing activities and other beauty activities - starting from January 1, 2021.
