Details

The allowance for family support is a form of assistance for low-income families who are raising and caring for children up to the age of 18, and it is granted by order of the mayor. The purpose of granting the allowance for family support is to supplement the family's income to ensure better conditions for raising and educating children, as well as to encourage school-age children in the care of low-income families to attend courses in a form of education organized according to the law, in accordance with art.1, para.2 of Law no. 277/2010 regarding the family support allowance, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions;
