​The economic operator requests the competent authority to issue the zootechnical operating authorization. To this end, the complete documentation will be submitted through the public utility IT system, the Single Electronic Contact Point. If the person designated to evaluate the documentation finds it incomplete, they shall request the economic operator to provide the necessary additions and clarifications within 5 working days from the receipt of the documentation file. If the documentation is complete, ANZ specialists, appointed by decision of the general director, will verify on-site the fulfillment of the authorization criteria, draw up the evaluation report, and propose the issuance of the zootechnical operating authorization. If an application is rejected for procedural reasons, the applicant is informed as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days.
