The applicant for the urbanism certificate is the individual or legal entity interested in receiving information from the competent public administration authority regarding a property, land and/or constructions for the purposes defined in art. 6 of the law. In order to issue the urbanism certificate, the applicant will address the Municipality of Sebeș by submitting a request according to form F1 - REQUEST for the issuance of the urbanism certificate, in which both the identifying elements of the property for which the urbanism certificate is requested will be entered: locality, cadastral number and land book number, where applicable, unless the law provides otherwise, as well as the elements defining the purpose of the request.
