Details

This procedure regulates the method of entering existing mentions on the margins of civil status documents - Annex 9 within the City Hall of Bârlad Municipality.

The data are collected for the purpose of updating the National Register of Persons.

At the request of individuals, certificates regarding the registration of a civil status act are issued; the certificates include, as applicable, details regarding the mentions existing on the margin of the civil status document.

The request can be made in person by any of the former spouses or through an authorized person with a special power of attorney.

Applications are submitted to the Civil Status Service located at 24-26 Epureanu Blvd.

-50 lei for urgent processing
