​The procedure is addressed to persons who wish to be admitted to a home for elderly people or a medico-social assistance unit, home care services, enrollment in a club for elderly people, or to those who wish to benefit from the allowance for informal caregivers, and it is resolved following the completion of an application for this purpose​
