"This application may be used by citizens for the purpose of carrying out controlled actions of pruning or cutting down trees located on the public and private domain of Oltenita UAT, in order to prevent the endangerment of human lives and the occurrence of significant material damages.
In case the tree is located in condominium areas, the agreement (signature) of the block residents is required."
