The purpose of preparing social assistance files is to provide financial support to a single person or a family consisting of husband, wife, and their unmarried children who are in their care, living and managing together. Social assistance is granted monthly by AJPIS Alba. One of the adult family members has the obligation to carry out actions or work of local interest for all family members; failure to fulfill these obligations leads to the suspension of the right to social assistance, and after 3 months of suspension, if this obligation is not fulfilled, the payment of social assistance ceases.
