The request for reimbursement of medicines is made by:​

• Reserve/retired military personnel, military pensioner (art. 4 letter f) from M 110/2009);
• Military personnel retired due to disability as a result of service accidents or illnesses contracted during and because of fulfilling military obligations who, later on, opted for a pension from the public social security system (art. 4 letter h) from M 110/2009);
• War veteran, widow, war invalid, other categories of persons provided by special laws (art. 4 letter j) from M 110/2009),

Documents required to constitute the reimbursement file:​

• Reimbursement request
• Photocopy of identity document
• Photocopy of pension slip
• Photocopy of medical recommendation (CNAS type prescription, simple prescription, medical letter,
  military prescription)
• Tax invoice issued by the pharmacy that released the medication in the name of the medical recommendation holder,
  in original
• Receipt corresponding to the tax invoice, in original
• IBAN code of the account where the reimbursed amount is requested to be transferred.
