Art.46*) - (1) For the execution or placement in the area of the public road of advertising panels, any constructions or commercial activities, access ways, arrangements or installations for any purpose, without endangering traffic safety, are mandatory, in addition to the building permit, as the case may be, the prior approval and the placement and/or access permit in the area of the public road, issued by the administrator of the respective road.
