The holders of individual private practice cabinets who, after establishment, opt for association/grouping shall submit the relevant contracts and, as appropriate, request the establishment of associated/grouped cabinets. These will be properly registered in the Single Register of Medical Cabinets - Part 3 for public services connected to the medical act.*
