Details

It consists of:

a) inclusion support;

b) support for families with children.

Depending on the needs of the family/single person, the minimum inclusion income is accompanied by other complementary social assistance measures, granted in cash and/or in kind, as follows:

c) incentives;

d) contributory facilities;

e) other complementary rights

The minimum inclusion income consists of the total amounts representing inclusion support and support for families with children, which are determined based on the adjusted net monthly income of the family within the following limits:

a) for inclusion support, up to an adjusted net monthly income of 275 lei inclusive, which is taken into account when determining the family's cumulated income;

b) for inclusion support, up to an adjusted net monthly income of 400 lei inclusive, which is taken into account when determining the income of a single person aged at least 65 years;

c) for support for families with children, up to an adjusted net monthly income of 700 lei inclusive.

The right is granted based on an application-declaration on own responsibility, accompanied by supporting documents regarding the composition of the family, income earned in the month prior to submission of the application by its members, and assets owned, including in other administrative-territorial units.

File contents:

- standard application form;

- copies of the identity documents of all family members: husband/wife, children, partner;

- copy of the marriage certificate (if applicable);

- copy of the divorce decree (if applicable);

- copies of documents proving the status of guardian/trustee, etc. (if applicable);

- copies of the decision of family placement/or adoption approval (if applicable);

- copy of the property/lease contract for the residence;

- supporting documents regarding earned income;

- income certificate issued by ANAF;

- certificate of fiscal attestation regarding assets owned;

- copies of documents proving classification in the category of persons with disabilities (if applicable);

- other medical documents proving incapacity for work;

- proof of school attendance by the dependent children.

Appeal routes

In case of dissatisfaction with the solution provided, an appeal can be filed with our institution within 30 days from the communication, and if dissatisfied with the way the appeal is resolved, you may address the court under the conditions of the Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004, with subsequent amendments and additions.
