​CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE with hygiene and public health standards is an administrative procedure through which the assessment of compliance with legal regulations regarding public health is carried out for operational objectives that conduct activities involving a risk to the health of the population.



​The notification of certification of compliance can be issued in an emergency regime - 5 working days from the submission of the file, by paying an emergency fee of 150 lei.
