The land registry excerpt for information accompanied by the excerpt of the cadastral plan, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days prior to the date of submission of the documentation, as applicable. (except in the case where the construction authorization is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. (2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (except for requests for works provided for in art. 7 para. 1 and 4 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for public utility investment works)*
