Government Decision/County Council/Local Council regarding the declaration of public utility of investment objectives of national/county/local interest, under the law, as applicable*

The favorable opportunity notice from the County Council/Local Council for the extension of the built-up area, in the case of land located outside the built-up area, for which the drafting of a Zoning Urban Plan (PUZ) is requested, and the request for a Detailed Urban Plan (PUD) from the municipality for land located within the built-up area.*
