The land registry extract for information accompanied by the cadastral plan extract, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submitting the documentation, as applicable. (except in the case where a construction permit is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33 para.
