Attention to persons wishing to perform seasonal activities in EU states (Germany) or to benefit from certain deductions granted by the respective state

In order to facilitate free movement and the right to work in the community area for citizens of the municipality who are in a situation of socio-economic vulnerability, as well as to obtain tax facilities granted by other EU member states to Romanian citizens, providers of remunerated activities, and their families, the Directorate of Social Assistance Rm. Vâlcea, through the relevant department, ensures the completion of bilingual forms requested by the respective state.

Required documents::

1. Identity documents (ID, birth certificate) for all family members;
2. Marriage certificate / Divorce decree / Death certificate (as applicable);
3. Supporting documents regarding the income earned by family members (for maintenance proof—the income must correspond to the period subject to deduction);
4. Medical documents for family members (as applicable);
5. Proof of home ownership/other evidence regarding the legal status of the home;
6. Certificate issued by the Local Public Administration Service, Agricultural Register, and Archive;
7. Certificate issued by the Vâlcea County Public Finance Administration (for persons who do not earn income / the recorded period must correspond to the one for which facilities are requested);
8. Certificate of fiscal attestation for individuals regarding local taxes and fees and other incomes owed to the budget (including the taxable value for the year/years for which the deduction is requested—for maintenance proof);
9. Declaration for the maintenance of minors—form provided by the DAS inspector (as applicable)—in the situation of issuing the standard form "Request to complete employment contract";
10. Form E101 issued by the County Pension House / Notarial declaration stating no income is earned (if applicable) in the situation of issuing the standard form "Request to complete employment contract";
11. Supporting documents regarding the use of financial support granted by relatives in EU states (Germany)—in the situation of issuing the standard form "Proof of maintenance";
12. Standard application provided by the inspector managing the case (Application to complete employment contract / Application to complete proof of maintenance—as applicable).
