Details
The membership certificate of the Romanian College of Physicians is issued and released by the territorial college of the Romanian College of Physicians in whose jurisdiction the applicant physician, as the case may be, has their domicile/residence or workplace/unit where they are to carry out their activity.
The membership certificate of the Romanian College of Physicians is granted upon request to the persons provided in art. 376, para. (1) of Law no. 95/2006 on health sector reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, who cumulatively meet the following conditions:
a) hold an official medical qualification, as defined in art. 377, para. (3) of Law no. 95/2006 on health sector reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions;
b) are not in any situations of indignity or incompatibility provided by law;
c) are medically fit to practice the medical profession;
d) have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years.
