Procedure description
a) inclusion support;
b) support for families with children.
Depending on the needs of the family/single person, the minimum inclusion income is accompanied by other complementary social assistance measures, granted in cash and/or in kind, as follows:
c) incentives;
d) contributory facilities;
e) other complementary rights
The minimum inclusion income consists of all amounts representing inclusion support and support for families with children, which are determined according to the net adjusted monthly incomes of the family within the following limits:
a) for the inclusion support, up to and including an adjusted net monthly income of 275 lei, which is taken into account when determining the family's combined income;
b) for the inclusion support, up to and including an adjusted net monthly income of 400 lei, which is taken into account when determining the income of a single person aged at least 65 years;
c) for the support for families with children, up to and including an adjusted net monthly income of 700 lei.
The right is granted based on an application-declaration on own responsibility, accompanied by supporting documents regarding the family composition, the income earned in the month prior to submitting the application by its members, and the assets held, including in other administrative-territorial units.

- copies of the identity documents of all family members: husband/wife, children, partner;
- copy of the marriage certificate (if applicable);
- copy of the divorce decree (if applicable);
- copies of documents proving the status of guardian/curator, etc. (if applicable);
- copies of the family placement decision/or adoption approval (if applicable);
- copy of the property/rental document for the residence;
- supporting documents regarding the income earned;
- income certificate issued by ANAF;
- certificate of fiscal attestation regarding assets held;
- copies of documents proving classification as a person with disabilities (if applicable);
- other medical documents proving incapacity for work;
- proof of school attendance by dependent children.
