For obtaining approvals in the field of traditional gambling, economic operators must address the Economic Crime Investigation Service within the General Police Directorate of the Bucharest Municipality or, as the case may be, within the County Police Inspectorate in the jurisdiction where they have their registered office. For obtaining approvals in the field of remote gambling, economic operators must address the Economic Crime Investigation Directorate within the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police. The approval request will be accompanied by the following documents: - a nominal table with the persons for whom the approval is requested, which must contain their identification data (name, surname, date and place of birth, parents’ first names, personal identification number, domicile or residence) and the capacity for which the approval is requested; - the company’s articles of incorporation or any other document from which the legal status established by law for the persons requesting the approval results. The request, together with the related documents, can be sent by e-mail. The e-mail address to which documents for obtaining approvals in the field of traditional gambling can be sent can be found on the contact page of each County Police Inspectorate, respectively economic@politiaromana.ro for obtaining approvals in the field of remote gambling. The favorable or unfavorable approval is sent to applicants by mail.*
