The activities of harvesting, capturing and/or purchasing and/or selling plants and animals from wild flora and fauna, terrestrial and aquatic, in live or semi-processed state, or some parts or products thereof, mine flowers, plant fossils and fossils of vertebrate and invertebrate animals, on national territory or for export, can be organized and carried out only by authorized natural or legal persons, in accordance with the provisions of the procedure of Order 410/2008.

Authorization requests are resolved within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of registration, provided that the documentation presented by the applicant is complete.

If the documentation is not complete, the competent authority has the obligation to notify the applicant, within a maximum of 10 days, about the missing documents from the authorization file.
