The purpose of the procedure

The procedure establishes the way of organizing and conducting the activities of assessment and intervention in cases of abuse, neglect, parental alienation, labor exploitation as well as the takeover and assessment of cases of domestic violence reported by the beneficiary and/or other physical/legal persons; counseling/informing/directing victims and/or aggressors, in collaboration with the competent institutions in this field to specialized services; ensuring psycho-emotional support to victims of domestic violence.

All reports are recorded in the computerized case monitoring system, bear the visa of the general director, the deputy general director for social protection and are assigned to the head of service who hands them to the employee who registers them in the service database and subsequently being assigned to case managers for the purpose of the initial assessment of the reported situation.

Case/report takeover/registration is done at the institution's general registry, including telephone report sheets/self-reports
