For social vouchers on electronic support for food and hot meals:
- families with at least 2 dependent children whose monthly income per family member is less than or equal to 675 lei;
- single-parent families whose monthly income per family member is less than or equal to 675 lei;
- families and single persons who have established the right to inclusion support;
- homeless persons;
For food packages:
- families, families with children, and single persons who have established the right to minimum inclusion income;
- persons/families temporarily in critical life situations established following social investigations carried out by the Social Assistance Directorate of Giurgiu Municipality
