Details
The membership certificate of the Romanian College of Physicians is issued and released by the territorial college of the Romanian College of Physicians in whose jurisdiction the applicant physician has, as the case may be, their domicile/residence or workplace/unit where they are to carry out their activity. - The membership certificate of the Romanian College of Physicians is granted upon request, to persons provided in art. 376, para. (1) of Law no. 95/2006 on healthcare reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, who cumulatively meet the following conditions:
a) hold an official qualification in medicine, in the sense of art. 377, para. (3) of Law no. 95/2006 on healthcare reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions;
b) are not in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law;
c) are medically fit to practice as a physician;
d) have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their degree in the last 5 years.
