Details
- The membership certificate of the Romanian College of Physicians is issued and delivered by the territorial college of the Romanian College of Physicians in whose jurisdiction the applicant doctor, as the case may be, has their domicile/residence or workplace/unit where they will carry out their activity.
- The membership certificate of the Romanian College of Physicians is granted upon request to the persons provided in art. 376, para. (1) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the reform in the health field, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, who cumulatively meet the following conditions:
a) hold an official medical qualification, within the meaning of art. 377, para. (3) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the reform in the health field, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions;
b) are not in any case of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law;
c) are medically fit for the practice of medicine;
d) have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years.
