This procedure describes the method of selling private property real estate owned by the municipality of Constanta

1. Applications are submitted at the Citizens' Information Center located at Bd. Al.Lăpușneanu no.116C (inside City Park Mall - 1st floor, new wing), tel 0241485565.

2. Online, at the email address: contracte@primaria-constanta.ro
