Online issuance of certificates/recommendations for the recognition of Romanian qualification titles of general nurse, midwife, and nurse required in the other EU Member States*

As appropriate, the attestation documents are certificates or recommendations.Online requests for the issuance of documents necessary for the recognition for professional purposes of the aforementioned Romanian titles, accompanied by the corresponding documents, are sent via PCUe to the county branch / Bucharest Municipality branch of OAMGMAMR to which the applicant is a member. If the applicant has NOT acquired the status of member of OAMGMAMR, the application is submitted online through PCUe to the OAMGMAMR branch in whose territorial area the applicant resides.If the applicant does not attach all the requested documents or it is found that the file is incomplete, the applicant will be notified via the PCUe system. Within 15 days of notification, the applicant is obliged to complete the file with all the requested documents. If the applicant does not respect the completion deadline, upon its expiration, the file will be automatically closed by the PCUe system.The recognition documents (certificates/recommendations) will be prepared at the specialized structure level of OAMGMAMR National, and within 90 days of registering the complete electronic file, they will be sent online to applicants via PCUe by the county branch of OAMGMAMR where they submitted the electronic file.

The professions of general nurse, midwife, and nurse are regulated professions in Romania by Government Emergency Ordinance No. 144 of October 28, 2008 regarding the exercise of the profession of general nurse, the profession of midwife, and the profession of nurse, as well as the organization and functioning of the Order of General Nurses, Midwives, and Nurses of Romania.*

Holders who have completed their high school studies abroad must attach, as appropriate: *The certificate of equivalence of the Baccalaureate Diploma or proof of acceptance to post-secondary health studies in Romania, issued by the Ministry of National Education, and proof of recognition of the 12 grades completed abroad, issued by the County School Inspectorates / the School Inspectorate of Bucharest Municipality*

MANDATORY FOR GRADUATES WHO COMPLETED THEIR STUDIES BEFORE 2007 - Employment record book - copy certified "conform with the original" by the employer. In the case of private sector employers, the INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT will be uploaded electronically, accompanied by additional documents - copies certified "conform with the original" by the employer. If the applicant cannot provide proof of professional experience, a scanned affidavit must be attached stating this fact. The declaration will include the name and surname, identification data, domicile, profession, and the statement "I hereby declare on my own responsibility that I have not practiced the profession and do not possess evidence regarding professional experience." FOR GRADUATES WHO ENROLLED IN STUDIES STARTING FROM 2007 - a scanned declaration will be attached, mentioning the name and surname, identification data, domicile, profession, and the statement "The undersigned..., declare that I have graduated from the school/faculty ... in the year ...".*

MANDATORY FOR GRADUATES WHO COMPLETED THEIR STUDIES BEFORE 2007 – Seniority certificate (attached model) or REVISAL extract signed, registered, and stamped by the issuing unit. The REVISAL extract must contain the position, employment status, start and end dates of the period worked… FOR GRADUATES WHO COMPLETED THEIR STUDIES AFTER 2010 – a scanned statement will be attached, in which the name and surname, identification details, domicile, profession, and the mention “I declare that I graduated from the school/faculty … in the year …” will be specified.*
