This procedure establishes the method for deregistering buildings and land owned by individuals (PF) from the records of the administrative-territorial unit, in accordance with the legislation in force.

The procedure applies to:

  • buildings constructed/purchased by individuals that are to be removed from the local register;
  • land registered in the name of individuals that is deregistered as a result of sale, donation, expropriation, or decommissioning.
