This procedure establishes the method for declaring vehicles with a maximum authorized total mass greater than 12 tons, owned by individuals, in order to determine and record the tax owed to the local budget.

The procedure applies to individuals who acquire ownership of vehicles with a maximum authorized total mass greater than 12 tons and who are required to declare these vehicles to the local taxes and duties department of the administrative-territorial unit where they have their domicile.
