This procedure establishes the method for removing vehicles owned by individuals from the tax records, in situations where ownership rights over the vehicle have been transferred, deregistered, or in other cases provided for by the legislation in force.
The procedure applies to individuals who request the removal of a vehicle from the tax records in the following situations:
- sale or transfer of the vehicle;
- deregistration of the vehicle from circulation;
- theft of the vehicle;
- dismantling or destruction of the vehicle;
- other situations provided for by the legislation in force.
