Equivalence of university-level diplomas obtained abroad by Romanian citizens - procedure for educational institutions

This procedure applies exclusively to higher education institutions in Romania that submit the files of candidates for one of the study programs they carry out.

All requests will be accompanied by a Forwarding Note electronically signed by a representative of the institution.

The CNRED decision may be appealed, only once, within 45 working days from the date of acknowledgment. CNRED shall rule within 60 working days. The resolution period may be extended in justified cases, the applicant being notified in writing, by postal services or electronic mail.
